Make vegetarian green bean stew. Ingredients include ½ kilo green beans, fresh or frozen.
Ingredients:
-½ Kilo Green beans, fresh or frozen
-1 large deiced onion
-Cooking oil
-Fresh cut Cilantro (Optional)
-Tomato paste
- Fresh cut Tomatoes (Optional)
-½ teaspoon cinnamon
-Salt, black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Sauté diced Onion in oil
- Add Beans
- Add chopped Cilantro
- Add diluted Tomato paste
- Add fresh cut Tomatoes
- Add spices
- Boil on high at first then lower the heat and let simmer for at least 30 minutes until it is fully cooked
- Serve with white rice on the side
