Do you like Pakistani style urad daal? Well, with this video, you can make your own with the following ingredients:
1 cup of ural/maash daal
1/4 onion finely chopped
1 inch piece of ginger- chopped
1/2 cube chicken stock- optional
2 dried chilies
1/2 twig of curry leaves
First of all, mix everything other than the twig of curry leaves in 2 cups of water. Mix well and microwave the mixture. Afterwards, heat a pan and add the mixture into the pan. Lastly, add the curry leaves for additional flavoring. The recipe is simply and fast.
