In this video, we learn how to cook asparagus with Beryl Stokes. To do this, grab as much asparagus as you need and rinse it well. After this, cut the thick bottom part off of the asparagus and place into a skillet with a cup of water over high heat. Add butter and sea salt to your skillet and cover until it boils. Once it's finished, place the asparagus onto a plate and it will be steamed. This is a great side dish for any meal and is much better than the asparagus that comes out of a can.
